Why counselling?
We all experience difficult times through our lives at one time
or another. It could be at work, in the family, with friends or in other
relationships.
Sometimes we may feel that we are stuck in the same patterns of
behaviour which may prevent us from solving problems, having healthy
relationships, growing as individuals and moving on.
